SERVICED OFFICES?

Serviced Offices are fully furnished offices, all set up and ready to be occupied with complete Telephone and IT infrastructure and fully supported by our all-inclusive services. Dedicate parking spaces are also included for members and additional parking for guests.

The Diamond Business centre is located on the 6th and 18th floor of Mazaya Business Avenue - BB1 Tower in DMCC Free zone - Dubai.

We have several different sizes of office available for lease and you also get the use of our two executive meeting rooms, kitchen and lounge area, as well as the fully staffed reception.

Our serviced offices range from units for 1-2 people with modern furniture and workstations to an open plan set up for teams capable of seating 4–6 people, to luxurious large offices for the senior execs.

All offices are very light, private and secure with fantastic views.

We can make larger offices available on request

We have available fully furnished and fitted offices with all fittings and fixtures however please inform us of your preferences and we’ll ensure all the furniture, telephones and IT equipment are set up as per your requirements. You are also free to use your own if suitable. 

Our Serviced Office comes fully equipped with everything you need except for your computer. This includes modern desks, chairs and filing cabinets.

We give you dedicated telephone lines, unlimited high-speed Internet access, a fully staffed reception, IT support, fully stocked kitchen and lounge area, and units with all the essential office equipment.

Just bring your laptop or pc and you can plug in and start your work with our full support. Even if you are not physically in your office we will make it look as if you are with our call centre answering all of your calls using your company’s name, taking messages and alerting you of every call as you require.

Included is the fully furnished Serviced Office of your choice, Unlimited Internet access and Usage, Call Management Services, Reception, Printing. Access and use of all areas such as Meeting rooms, Refreshment/Kitchen areas and the Lobby. Dedicated parking spaces. All utilities are included apart from your dedicated telephone bills.

The number of visas you are allowed to apply for depends on the size of your serviced office/s. The range is from 3 up to 6 visas per office. If you need more visas for your staff then your company would need to lease larger or additional serviced offices. We can assist whatever the requirement.

We offer this professional service and we do everything for you, which includes registering and licensing your company with the Authority, applying for visas with immigration, and anything else that you may require. The licensing process time is also greatly reduced when using our services due to our close relationships with the local authorities and will take 10 working days rather than 4 to 6 weeks.

We can do this for you along with the company set up service we offer. We register and license your company and process the visas for you for a very reasonable and competitive fee.

MEETING ROOMS

Our meeting rooms provide a flexible, low-cost solution for when you require meeting space. Each being 30 Sq. Meters they can seat 10 to 12 people and can be used for general meetings, interviews, trainings, presentations and whatever you require.

Trained staff will facilitate and coordinate to ensure your functions are efficient and productive.

Our Business Centre meeting rooms come fully equipped with the following

  • Access to printers, scanner and copiers.
  • Secretarial, admin and IT support

Yes we are fully equipped with the latest office equipment. Printing and photocopying is included in your contract fees.

Our reception can manage your calls. Just ask for this service and you can forward your calls to us and advise our call centre agents on how you would like your calls to be handled. We do the rest.
